Through trauma-sensitive yoga, grounding breath, mindful movement and compassionate awareness, I offer a space where women can reconnect with their bodies at their own pace. Together, we'll cultivate safety, resilience and trust in the wisdom of your nervous system, without pressure, performance or expectation.
You don't need to be flexible or have any yoga experience. You are welcome, just as you are.
